1) RE-VERIFY AS A KNOWN SHIPPER AND RECEIVER
Re-Verification Alert: New FAA regulations require that all shippers moving freight by air on passenger aircraft be re-verified with their transportation vendors. If you have not yet re-verified your shipping account, please contact us through one of the following ways - this might only take you 5 minutes!

•E-mail your name, company name and phone number to enable us contact you.

• E-mail the full name and address of your receiver (company name, person to contact, postcode and phone number) to us.

• Call your local sales representative

In order to receive the fastest possible same-day shipping service, please be sure that your account is re-verified. For existing Day-Light Speed Delivery Service customers, the re-verification process is completed in one day. If you have never shipped with Day-Light Speed Delivery Service, set up an account now and you’ll be verified within seven days.

2) DOUBLE CHECK THE PAPERWORK
All international non – document shipments require a  Proforma or Commercial Invoice. 
Please note: An original copy of Commercial Invoice must be sent along with the shipment. Faxed copies are not accepted by export customs any longer.

3) COMPLETE A QUICK BILL OF LADING
This is available through Day-Light Speed Delivery Service customer service department, the bill of lading should have the correct address and working phone number for your consignee. Also, make clear exactly what it is that you are shipping so that Day-Light Speed Delivery Service can easily handle any Customs Duties or special care concerns.

4) LABEL THE BOX
In addition to the bill of lading, each package should be labeled clearly, indicating both shipper and consignee details.

5) PACKAGE PROPERLY
